Steps to Highlight Duplicate Values
- Select the range of cells you want to format. [?] Click and drag over the cells to select them.
- Go to the Home tab in the Ribbon.
- Click on Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values.
- Choose the formatting style for the duplicates and click OK.
Steps to Highlight Unique Values
- Select the same range of cells as above.
- Again, navigate to Home tab > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values.
- In the dialog box, select Unique from the dropdown menu.
- Choose a formatting style for the unique values and click OK.
